Cancellation & Missed Appointment (No Show) Policy
All appointments are subject to Deposits/PrePayments & Cancellation Fees that are all NON REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. Cancellation/rebooking within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Those who NO SHOW/miss an appointment will be required to pay for their missed service IN FULL prior to rebooking; this means once the cancellation fee has been charged to your card, the difference will remain OWING for the service missed. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments, after this you will be considered a NO SHOW/missed appointment. This fee may also be charged to your card on file or other arrangements can be made, such as e-transfer or credit card over the phone.
